One standard for Utah's luxury home contractors.
We review the pool builders, landscape architects, and custom home builders working on Utah's high-end homes, then list only the ones worth hiring. The first group is being admitted now.
How we vet
No firm can buy its way onto this list. Every contractor goes through the same four checks before we publish their profile.
Licensed & Insured
We confirm active Utah licensing, bonding, and liability coverage before any listing goes live.
Portfolio Reviewed
Each firm's completed work is examined for craftsmanship, consistency, and finish at the luxury tier.
Client Verified
We call past clients ourselves. Real references decide who gets listed, not anonymous star ratings.
Reputation Held
We keep checking after a firm is listed. If the work or the reputation slips, the firm comes off.

Common questions
What is The Manor Standard?
It's an independent directory of vetted luxury home contractors in Utah. We review pool builders, landscape architects, custom home builders, and other high-end trades, then list only the firms that pass. Homeowners use it to hire with confidence.
How does The Manor Standard vet contractors?
Every firm clears four checks before we publish a profile. We confirm Utah licensing and insurance, review finished work, call past clients for real references, and keep monitoring reputation after a firm is listed.
Is it free for homeowners?
Yes. Browsing the directory and getting matched with vetted pros costs you nothing. There's no fee and no obligation to hire anyone we introduce.
Can contractors pay to be listed?
No. Placement can't be bought. Listing fees keep the site running, but a firm earns its spot through the review or it doesn't get one.
Which areas of Utah does it cover?
The luxury markets: Park City, Holladay, Draper, Alpine, Deer Valley, Promontory, Salt Lake City, and St. George, plus the surrounding communities.
What kinds of contractors are listed?
Eight trades to start: pools, landscape, custom homes, outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, exteriors, and landscape architecture.
When does The Manor Standard launch?
We're admitting our founding group of contractors now, with listings going live through 2026. Homeowners can register early to be matched as pros come online in their market.
