What does it cost to be listed?
Founding firms get founding terms, locked in before standard pricing applies at launch. Reach out and we'll walk you through the numbers. Fees support the site but never buy placement.
What do you check before listing a firm?
Four things: active Utah licensing and insurance, the quality of your finished work, direct references from past clients, and your standing in the market. All four have to hold up.
What kind of firms are you looking for?
Contractors doing genuine luxury-tier work in Utah across pools, landscape, custom homes, lighting, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, exteriors, and landscape architecture.
What does a founding placement include?
Priority position in your trade and cities, a full profile with portfolio and service areas, direct homeowner inquiries, and first consideration for project features and Journal coverage.
How many firms do you list per market?
Only a few in each trade and city. We keep the roster short so a listing actually means something to the homeowners reading it.
